Yes it's - Mama Reen - my younger neice and nephew call me Aunt Reen and my girlfriends twins are trying to call me Reen so it just fits...

We had a great time last night at Buddy's birthday dinner! - New Italian dishes for everyone (except Glenn & Buddy they stayed with the tried and true) - Grandma's cake was delicious!

What's with see you Feb? - Won't we see you in November first?

We'd like to plan to get a family photo in November when we're all together so let's think about how we should dress for it (so we don't have the white tee shirt fiasco, again)... Any thoughts?

Great improvement on the Silverhill website Michal. Still got a ways to go to rival the cruise sites but much better than when you took over.

Roofers been pounding all day, I thought Dad's cake was going to fall but I managed to get the layers to stick to the pan and come out broken without any help from the roofers. Put it together with icing and filling the surprise comes when we cut it.

OK, we'll try again.

We just got back from the mountains and will post some pictures when I have enough techno brain to downloan and figure out how to put on here.

This is the big Florida/Georgia game weekend that your grandfather is invited to for his birthday and this year it's the big 70. I am staying home and going to Scott's band competition. We are also playing bridge this Friday night, Boutwell's and Walfords will be out of town at a wedding. Sandy is the host and we will be having it at Page's house.

Talked with Wayne and Nancy twice while we were gone, he is in bad shape and it doesn't sound like the doctor will operate on him again. I know he is feeling bad about not being able to make Thanksgiving. Sent him a box of fall goodies on Monday and told Nancy to hide her share.

Had dinner with the other Barkers last night, Lindsey wasn't feeling well and had missed socker practice, Kathryn has a new bo and a date for dinner Thursday night. Scott was just in from band practice and had pictures of his group's performane at homecoming The Maroon Mem, something like the blue mem but not as well financed.

Welcome!

I know we started a family blog before, but let's try this again. This time, I need you all to add info too so we can stay in touch. With all of our full lives, we need an easy way to send photos and thoughts (and Grandma's recipes). You can also post videos here (the kid's performances would be great!)

With that said-I'll start.

Lionel and I are having a Halloween party on Saturday. We've decorated the house and are getting set up. His band is going to play and even do their on rendition of Thriller. I'll be sure to take plenty of photos and post them here. I'm Wonder Woman and he's a SWAT team member.

Does anyone else have plans for the weekend?
